Traits/Powers/Stats:
-Water form he communicates through echo location and sound vibrations (Like whales and dolphins)
-On land he is mute and has minor telepathy but much effort is required and usually can only talk to one person and often times it's not even worth it so he just motions what he wants ect.
-He also has telekinesis (Both land and water)
-minor water magic, super speed (Water only)
-super strength (Mostly water, can on land but it's very exhausting).
-Doesn't have very good stamina on land, he's pretty pathetic on land tbh :/
-Land form he has lungs but his gills are still sort of a thing and since he's a mostly aquatic based life form he needs that water pack thing to help him breathe and even then he has asthma
-His eyes are very sensitive to the sun when in land form hence why he needs eye drops
- Tail is useless on land, mostly used for knocking things over and causing him trouble
-An absolute majestic beast in water
